DIY Help for Florida Divorce & Family Law Cases

There are a several ways Pamela S. Wynn LLC offers DIY Help to people who want to save money and represent themselves in a Florida divorce or other family law case.

DIY Help Options

First, you can get the packet from your local Self-Help Center at the courthouse and complete it yourself. We will then review your filing packet. Our review includes correcting anything that is not completed properly and/or adding any necessary documents. Packet reviews start at $225

A second way we can help you represent yourself is that you can answer my questionnaire and then our attorneys prepare all the papers for you. Packet preparation starts at $500

The third way we can assist you is with Pamela S. Wynn’s Divorce Professor’s DIY Crash Course on Florida Divorce & Procedure that explains everything to you for $99  www.floridadiydivorce.com

Finally, you can both agree to hire Pamela S. Wynn as your mediator. She can’t give either of you any legal advice as a mediator, but she can help you reach an agreement. If you need help reaching agreement on all the details, she will prepare your settlement agreement when you hire her to mediate your DIY case. Mediation rates are hourly.
